BEST BUSINESS BOOKS AND PODCASTS FOR ENTREPRENEURS

Whether you’re looking for advice on boosting revenue for your business or kickstarting your entrepreneurial journey, it is always helpful to heed the words from those residing successfully in the entrepreneurial landscape. They know how to navigate the tumultuous quicksand, make a profit and rock a grand French exit.

One of my favorite things to ask a successful entrepreneur is what are the best business books and podcasts for entrepreneurs that they recommend. It is helpful to know which influences have planted the seed of inspiration for them, deepened their cranial folds and escorted them from surviving to thriving.

BEST BUSINESS BOOKS AND PODCASTS FOR ENTREPRENEURS

I was lucky enough to organize an Entrepreneurial Night at CAA for my alma mater late last year with top notch panelists – entrepreneurs at the top of their respective games. They have risen, fallen, risen again and gained insight throughout the process. I asked a few of them which books and podcasts they recommend to help guide us in our path for success. Grab one, grab all – they make the perfect gifts for our upcoming graduates.

Books move us. They can be modes of escapism and fantasy; they can serve as therapy or education, catharsis or self-identification. Also, they allow us to focus and they give permission to drift. Different and differing revelations can surge and mixed emotions can flood. That’s the magic of words. Here is the list of 17…

It has become trite to discuss the ups and downs and emotional nadirs suffered by our nation over the past year. What we need, however, is to find answers to the problems and solutions to the sacrifices and stresses our children have suffered throughout this Covid-19 pandemic time period, especially within underserved and at-risk communities.…

One of the biggest lessons my dad taught me was to never stop reading and never stop learning. He always had a book, a medical journal or an Encyclopedia in his hand. The dictionary was always nearby. Books are the greatest way to travel and meet people. You earn a variety of authors’ vantage points…

JENNIFER LEHR is a newfound teacher of mine — she goes against the grain in our traditionally linear parenting world.
